All their signature coffees are DELICIOUS. I've tried their apple cinnamon and marshmallow latte. Both are literally 10/10 the best coffee I've ever had. The atmosphere is great, I love having the bean bag there, I wish they also had one in the kennewick location. They also have board games/card games so its more like a 3rd space to hang out in which I really appreciate!! The food is a little pricer than I would usually buy for the portion but If im in a study sessions, its a yummy snack for the convenience!

First time going to Koala Cafe, very cozy vibe. My kiddo enjoyed playing while I had my drink. If you don't like overly sweet drinks, I recommend their hibiscus tea.

absolutely loved my first experience here! first of all, such a cute and cozy space!! came in with a friend and we were going to share a ham and cheese croffle(croissant in a waffle iron, SO good) and they made us an additional one so we could both fully enjoy one. so delicious and the maple aioli was the perfect touch! drinks were well made and very good too! will definitely go back

We decided to stop by for brunch and a coffee. The entrance alone was very inviting! We came at a very busy time, but there was plenty of knick knacks to browse. The staff were inviting and genuinely friendly. It felt as if they enjoyed doing what they do and they had great knowledge of what they sell. The seats were basically couches, so it was maximum comfort! The atmosphere was cozy with plenty of people just hanging out with their friends. We ordered the a croffle each and they were delicious! They were flaky and soft and definitely what made the meals as great as they were. The coffee was amazing! My chai was gentle and not overpowering. My girlfriend's latte was sweet they way she wanted it. We ended up ordering seconds to go as we are from afar. Overall, it was a great experience! Travellers should most definitely check this place out. If we lived in the area, we would have become regulars.

I cannot emphasize enough how incredible it is here. Whenever i’m in the area I always take the chance to stop by and get something. The food and drinks are incredible, easily a top 5 out of the other coffee shops in the tri-cities area. The staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, and it helps the cafe/atmosphere feel calm and safe. Koala Cafe is a wonderful place to meetup with friends, to study, or just to stop by and chill. I haven’t even scratched the surface of all the amazing things here, there’s too much to say!

This coffee shop is the cutest, small family owned business, and the drinks are amazing! The prices are much lower than most places, and the owners are the kindest human beings with big hearts!!! We told them that our mother in law was in need of a wheelchair and they just GAVE me one they had at home! Wow! It is so difficult to find people who will do a kindness for a stranger with no expectation in return.. First, do NOT listen to any negative review on this page. It's all ridiculous. This place is SUPER CLEAN, feels warm and positive, and is a place you can just relax. The drinks are fabulous, but if you are ever disatisfied, simply tell them and these folks will gladly go above and beyond to make sure you are happy! Be Kind, support local, and small businesses like this will stay afloat and if you are lucky, you might make some friends! 😁🥰☕️

First time visiting. I'm usually pretty boring with my coffee order. This was the first time I worked up the courage to try something new and ask to personalize my order. They were really great about it and helped make a custom order that came out great. ❤️ Had a cookie as well, and it was delicious. Met my husband here in his lunch break and it was just lovely. It was quite busy at noon, but the place still felt cozy and was not too loud at all. All in all I had a great experience and look forward to going back.

I have followed Koala Cafe on social media for quite some time and today I finally had time to stop in and check it out. I asked for a “surprise” and was given a Maple Pancake Latte and I requested oat milk and my “pancake flavor” I chose was Banana. I also chose iced 24oz. I’m in love! It’s flavorful and still tastes like coffee which I enjoy. I then ordered the Biscoff Choffle and holy moly this thing is beautiful and delicious. The vibe- AUTISM FRIENDLY low lighting, calming music and softness EVERYWHERE. I highly recommend coming and seeing how this place makes you feel. 😊

From the first time I walked into Koala Cafe, it felt like such a welcoming and comfortable spot. The people are professional, kind, and create such an awesome atmosphere with great drinks and vibes. They also have really cute products to shop while you’re there! There are so many cozy places to sit, and somehow you always feel right at home. We’ve hosted several events here with our club and every single one has been such a wonderful experience. Koala Cafe feels like community — and more importantly, it brings community together, which is truly irreplaceable. I’m so incredibly grateful for this special spot. 10/10! ❤️

If you are looking to read a book, take a break or even catch up with your friends this is your place… Koala Cafe. Loved the atmosphere I enjoyed my Lemonade Hibiscus tea and a pasty. Staff is very friendly. Such a lovely place.
